Phallosan penis stretcher is a penis enlargement device that has recently had quiet a lot of questions asked about it on the Big-Penis forums.
The Phallosan device uses a vacuum style noose to allow a clamp from the belt to stretch the penis around the waist. The penis tissue is stimulated to form new cells by continuous – gentle – stretching. Phallosan creates an almost unnoticeable vacuum that acts on the entire penis, starting with the glans.
Phallosan Review – First thoughts
The Phallosan arrived in a matter of days, it was a very speedy service. The Phallosan box was enclosed in a plain white box so there was no way of the postal service having an idea of what was inside. After tearing open the box there it was, a well presented brown Phallosan box in sellophan wrapper. I was very impressed with the design and feel of the box.
Wearing The Phallosan
There are a number of various parts to the Phallosan device. I found it easiest to lay them all out infront of me and read the instructions to see how it all fits together. I found the diagrams and instructions actually quite simple to follow, but trying to perform the same actions took a little more practise. The vacuum noose was the hardest part of the Phallosan to put on. I think this should maybe be a little longer because it only just covered the head of my penis.
From there the condom needs to be moist (through a normal lubricant or saliva from the mouth and rolled over the penis. The stretching belt needs to be hooked over the penis and wrapped around the body. The clamp is then clamped on to the vacum hose and the stretch is in place. I have required the smaller belt size though because I only have a 29″ waist line.
