you don’t get many extras in the advanced packages IMO. the x4 extender is the only company that compensates for a girth bigger than 6 inches to start with so i didn’t have much choice. the gains are coming but i don’t feel comfortable with this new noose style… i find my penis starts slipping from the cradle.
