The X4 Extender is a definate contender for the SizeGenetics Extender. The X4 Extender has an advantage over the SizeGenetics with its deluxe girth package. This is very useful if you have a starting girth greater than 6 1/4 inches.
The X4 also comes with 3 different noose styles, however you can ideally only wear one at once. The flat comfort noose is the most comfortable noose which is part of the SizeGenetics Extender technology. Customer support is available for the X4 Extender but limited to working hours Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.
Unfortunately the X4 Extender does not offer any additional bonus materials so you do not get as good for money.

i really wanted to buy the sizegenetics stretcher but i’ve bought this device because i have a wide girth already. i’m 6 1/2″ at the base so i cannot fit into the normal stretcher. delivery came fine and the device fits good. a little expensive for my liking but its the only stretcher that has a wider base.
